Mental Health Resources for Students

If you’re struggling with mental health issues, we’re here to help. Reach out to a guidance counselor or mental health provider at your school during normal hours. Outside of school, talk to a trusted adult or call 911 in an emergency. Remember, you’re not alone, and help is always available.
