Margaret held a variety of positions with Kroger in Retail Operations and Merchandising, including store management and Merchandising roles in the Cincinnati/Dayton Division. She also held several leadership positions in Regional Sales Planning at General Office in Cincinnati. She was named director of Deli/Bakery Merchandising in 2008 and was promoted to vice president of Deli/Bakery Merchandising in 2010. In 2015 she was promoted to a vice president of Operations for the Cincinnati/Dayton Division then she became Vice President of Merchandising in 2017. Margaret’s last position was being the Division advocate and voice through the Company’s transformation process. She was chosen in this roll due to her extensive Merchandising Operational experience. Some of Margaret’s notable accomplishments in her career were the successful development and management of Bakery Reinvention, Deli Reinvention Murray’s, Fresh Kitchens, Women’s Edge and Capital Development for Kroger. 

Margaret holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami University in Ohio. Margaret is currently a Board Member of McNicholas Highschool. Margaret also sits on the Parish Council of Guardian Angels and Chairs the Finance Committee.  Margaret is also affiliated with the I’MPORTANT team as a resource for business, school Contacts, and sponsorship
